* Hanon has three forms. Her base form is mermaid, then she can be human and lastly she can transform into a Singing Magical Girl.

Appearance:

As a human, Hanon has shoulder-length blue hair and she has large brown eyes. Shes is very chesty and has long legs, a very cute looking girl who always has some cute accessory on, her hair always has two straight clips crisscrossed over each other. She usually dresses in differing shades of blue and adores little frilly skirts and off-the-shoulder tops. She always wears a seashell necklace no matter what.

As a mermaid, she has extremely long, wavy blue hair with blue pearls studded through it and has blue eyes. Her hair has star clips or little blue flowers in it instead of straight clips. She wears a blue sea-shell bra and has a lovely blue tail. She wears strings of pearls around her left wrist and around the end of her tail. The necklace is as ever present.

As the Aquamarine Pearl Voice, she has the same upper body as her mermaid form, but she sports legs. She wears an exceedingly cute and frilly minidress with frilly boots, frilly gloves and she carries a magical microphone through which she projects her voice.

Personality:

Hanon is a princess, but she never grew up with any kind of sense of entitlement. She is very loyal to her people and fights for them. When Gaito attacked her Kingdom, her people had to all but throw her out of the country to make her leave them and get herself to safety, the only thought in her mind was keeping her people safe.

Even when she was safely hidden in Japan, she never forgot how she felt and upon discovering two other Princesses had escaped from Gaito, she took them under her wing. She is the kind of girl that is very girly, but when given a magical rod to open a lock, she instead will use it to just beat the hell out of the door until it opens. She gives things her all at all times and strives for what she does to be good. Also when she falls in love, she falls in love completely and utterly and she is devoted to her little pink pet jellyfish, Pura-chan.

Abilities/Strengths:

Hanon's singing voice has the power to soothe the soul. Anyone hearing it will be left with a general sense of happiness and wellbeing for a time. It can also (to a degree) banish evil. She can also make a mean bento and brownies.

Weaknesses:

Her people and the man she loved, Mitsuki Tarou. If anyone mentions Tarou to her, she'll be conflicted between being ecstatically happy to talk about him and depressed because he loves someone else ... and the fact that shes dead. She was hoping that he'd notice her more when she got older.

Also, bad music will make her cover her ears and whimper (possibly leading to her bursting into song and banishing the bad music) or if it has evil intent, it could leave her unconscious.

History:

Hanon is the Aquamarine Princess of the South Atlantic Ocean. She is one of seven princesses that rule over the 'seven seas'. She was chased to the human lands by one of the Princes of the Sea who had turned to evil (Gaito) and his minions, the Dark Lovers.

They are trying to gather together the seven princesses in Aqua Regina's absence in order to rule the seas. Instead - three of the princesses escape his clutches and retreat to dry land, masquerading as humans and living most of their days above the waves. Hanon seems very troubled by this at first - she wants to return to the sea even if shopping and other human endeavours are fun. (Even her character song is "ever blue" and she sings how she will always be blue just like her beloved seas).

The human world suddenly takes on a whole new beautiful meaning when she develops a very strong crush on her music teacher - Mitsuki Tarou. Much as she still loves the waters and wants to return; she also wants "her Tarou-chan" and although he never borders on inappropriate behaviour - they definitely develop a much more than student-teacher relationship. He cares for Hanon very much and his preferential treatment of her only spurs her love on more. Its doubly meaningful as there are no mermen. (The mermaids are born from the seas themselves).

Hanon turns into "Aquamarine Pearl Voice" to fight against Gaito and his minions and they eventually find some of the other princesses and go to his lair - Hanon desperately heartsick as Tarou had been kidnapped. He had previously told Hanon of a girl he had loved. A mermaid girl. They'd been split apart and he always thought of her still - even carried tokens they'd shared. Hanon had then turned to mermaid form and sang to him and so now - she went with the intentions of rescuing both her beloved ocean and her beloved Tarou-chan.

They discovered the black-haired princess was in fact Sara - the orange mermaid princess. Her hair had changed colour due to her wickedness Gaito had brought forth after she and Tarou had been split apart believing he'd abandoned her and vowing vengeance on the human lands. She was given a rod of power by Hippo and instead of using its magical powers - simply uses it to bash in a door in Gaito's castle.

Hanon got emotionally and physically hurt when she stepped forward and sang for Mitsuki and Sara and the power of her voice, emboldened by her love for Tarou helped Sara end her wicked ways and she returned to her normal hair colour. Hanon at the end of her song and seeing Sara and Mitsuki embrace burst into tears and sobbed into Luchia's (pink princess) arms that she'd always miss him.

After Gaito's castle collapsed and they watched their foes disappear into the depths of the ocean; Hanon turned to see Tarou (Sara having descended as well for her part in the wicked plot) and they went back to dry lands.

A few days later, Hanon was back in the seas with her pet jellyfish, Pura-chan and enjoying the water after her ordeal and thinking of visiting her own country again; to help supervise the rebuilding of the Kingdom. However, she was attacked by a new foe with angel wings she did not know. He took her by surprise and she fought bravely, but was overcome by his power and dropped the Orgel which she'd been taking back to her Palace to bring all her people home again. The Orgel left behind was the only clue of her and Pura-chan's demise and as Hanon crossed over into Template, the sea gave birth to a new Aquamarine Princess and Hanon awoke, with her beloved pink jellyfish in a freshwater river and a whole lot of questions.
